The services we provide encompass creating (i) a customized supply chain strategy with accompanying objectives and milestones; (ii) a road map and prioritized activities to achieve those objectives; and (iii) operational support for seamless project execution.
Establish a Strategy and Customized Roadmap
- Define supply chain strategy that is consistent with overall company strategy, i.e. target supply chain capabilities, processes, capacity and metrics.
- Develop a customized roadmap to support strategy implementation, i.e., milestones throughout the strategic horizon together with the activities / projects needed to enable them.
- Prioritize activities and projects based on urgency and impact.
Plan and Execute Projects to Facilitate Strategy Implementation
- Source and select vendors of materials, contract manufacturing, and logistics services.
