Establish a Strategy and Customized Roadmap

Define supply chain strategy that is consistent with overall company strategy, i.e. target supply chain capabilities, processes, capacity and metrics.
Develop a customized roadmap to support strategy implementation, i.e., milestones throughout the strategic horizon together with the activities / projects needed to enable them.
Prioritize activities and projects based on urgency and impact.

Plan and Execute Projects to Facilitate Strategy Implementation

Source and select vendors of materials, contract manufacturing, and logistics services.
Set up contracts and establish appropriate governance with selected vendors.
Define detailed KPI’s and implement a dashboard and supporting processes to regularly report the relevant information.
Establish processes and tools for demand and supply planning.
Establish inventory policy that takes into consideration product life-cycles, target service levels and stock.
Establish an ERP system to automate and integrate key company processes.
Assess and optimize supply chain, manufacturing and quality processes (i.e., throughput, reliability, costs, and lead times) adopting Operational Excellence methodologies to identify areas for improvement.
