David Lowenschuss – Attorney

David Lowenschuss has over 22 years of experience working in the biotech and life science industry. He has served both as in-house counsel for large and small pharmaceutical and biotech companies, as well as having his own practice where he supports small and large companies in a virtual counsel role. Mr. Lowenschuss also co-founded and served as a founding board member of Gemphire Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: GEMP). Mr. Lowenschuss also co-founded Michigan Life Ventures, LLC, and currently serves as its Chief Legal Manager. Mr. Lowenschuss has lectured at the University of Michigan on various topics including historical perspectives on human subject research. He holds a J.D. from George Washington University and an M.U.P. and B.A. from the University of Michigan. He is admitted to practice law in Michigan.
