A global pharmaceutical finance executive, Mr. Orlowski is recognized for his visionary leadership and financial acumen. His extensive background includes supporting country-specific revenue growth through manufacturing, sales and product distribution, while driving opportunities to optimize costs. He is an expert in identifying the benefits of continuous processing in research and manufacturing, single vs. multi-stage work flow impacts, appropriate equipment selection, best practices for operation and maintenance, robust production, PAT application and integration, and preparation for regulatory agency approvals.
As senior director/team leader for Pfizer Global Emerging Markets, Mr. Orlowski directed a large finance team that supported more than 35 markets—valued above $3B USD—and 22 manufacturing sites located throughout Asia, Africa Middle East and South America. He designed and developed a comprehensive Global FCPA Training Program—including a certification program—and continued to develop improvement initiatives aligned with manufacturing efficiencies that leveraged Right First Time/Six Sigma/Lean/CI Principles.
Mr. Orlowski currently services as an active Board Member and fund development specialist for the American Cancer Society, where he raised more than $1.5M for an anti-smoking campaign in New York City. He also serves as an advisor to prominent PE, venture capital and law firms.
