Philip Chu, PhD — Associate Consultant

Philip is a neurobiologist, writer, and analyst with approximately 11 years of experience studying the mechanisms of brain development and disease. Prior to joining NGT, Philip studied the physiology of developing brain circuits and their dysfunction in disorders such as epilepsy. Philip has 11 publications and has managed numerous basic and translational research programs. 

He received his doctorate in Neuropsychology from the City University of New York and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Neurogenetics at the Weill Cornell Medical College before serving as a research instructor at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Center studying epilepsy
